_{Welp, i was going to do only the commission but eh y'know what? Imma put in my version as well.
The left is commissioned by gugorrak and is designed according to how he sees her. mostly

His headcanons are :

Pluto is a small girl in size (not younger, simply smaller)
sometimes Pluto likes to dress as a male (because the name is male) or add "Wan" when she talks (because Pluto the dog)
She has a hearth "mark" in her cheek/hair/belly
She gets overly excited when a satellite of the other planets come close to her because is very rare anyone comes so far.
She has cold hands (due to being mostly ice)
There was one of how she is always very far in the background in group photos, but didn't like it

The right one is my version of Pluto-San.
Not that much different but she has a totally different personality and looks a bit different too.
And no, She's not a trap hhh. I said that as a joke.

Okay so basically she's a super short girl with social anxieties
She shivers when she's feeling too nervous
She likes to wear boyish clothing because its comfortable and easy to wear
Basically the outcast
She wants to be a part of the group but her nervousness around others and the fact that Nasa-Kun declares that she's a boy (which she isn't) doesn't make things any better for her
She's called with a '-San' instead of '-Chan' by the rest of the Solar Sys-Gals ever since Nasa-Kun made a rumor that she's a boy (which she isn't)
She loves doggo.

And yea, this is the 2/4 last Earth-Chan stuff from me.

Poor Pluto! I feel so bad for her. I hope at least SOME of the planets are nicer to her. I can see Earth and Mars being nice to her. Earth seems like the nice one of the group and Mars would understand the pain of being insulted for being different. I wanna hug her so bad...
